At SABrE Mechanical Services, we carry out commercial and industrial heating and ventilation pipework installations throughout East Sussex, West Sussex, London and Surrey,
We carry out work at many different commercial/industrial sites, including schools, water treatment plants, industrial units, churches and warden assisted/retirement homes with centralised boiler plant.

Servicing and Maintenance
We are able to offer a full servicing and maintenance programme for your new or existing installation. This is offered on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Boiler Rooms
We specialise in the installation of large and small boiler rooms and are able to offer clients on-the-job advice relating to any aspect of the installation.
Pipework
Our experience includes the installation of carbon steel, stainless steel and large diameter pipework. This can be pre-fabricated or fabricated on-site.
Breakdown and Maintenance
We can also offer a full range of breakdown and maintenance services for commercial/industrial boilers and HVAC plant.
Strength, testing and purging
If required, we can also provide a range of strength, testing and purging procedures.
Coded Welding
Coded welding to ASME IX and BSEN 287 is also available.
Gas Safe Certification
We hold Gas Safe certification in the following catgegories:
- CIGA1: Commerical indirect fired gas heating appliances
- CORT1: Overhead radiant plaque and tube heaters
- ICPN1: First fix commercial pipework (up tp 75 mbar and 150mm)
- TPCP1: Testing and Purging Commercial Gas Installations (mop to 16 bar)
- CODNCO1: Change over core domestic to core commercial natural gas

Legionella control and water testing
We are able to offer a wide range of services to monitor your water.
Our services include monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, six monthly or annual visits. We operate in accordance with L8 (Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems) Approved Code of Practice.
We can undertake regular temperature monitoring and sampling for Legionella and other bacteria such as Coliform, Escherichia coli (E coli) and Pseudomonas. Additionally, we can offer the cleaning of cold water storage tanks.
Air Conditioning Plant
Servicing and maintenance of air conditioning and air handling plant.
Servicing and maintenance can include:
- filter replacements
- fan belt changes
- fan replacements
- motor replacements
